Step 1: Go to the website of the airlines you have a booking with.

Step 2: Go to Manage Booking.

Step 3: Enter your ticket number and last name of the passenger and click on Search.

Step 4: Your booking will appear on the screen. Cancel it by following the instructions displaying on the screen.

Step 5: After cancellation got to the Request for a Refund option.

Step 6: Enter your cancelled ticket details like booking number and last name of the passenger.

Step 7: Search for your booking.

Step 8: Now follow the instructions given on the screen.

Your refund will be given within 5-7 business days either through the original payment mode or in the form of credits which will help you in future bookings.
